Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Zero AI ("the service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

Zero AI is a cloud-based AI image and video generation platform. You submit text prompts and receive generated media. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach — we will help you freeze the account and reset your password.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit prompts that violate the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Generate or distribute content involving minors, pornography, excessive violence, discrimination, terrorism, fraud, or politically sensitive material.
• Imitate the likeness, trademarks, or copyrighted works of others without permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data, or circumvent the credit consumption mechanism.
• Interfere with the integrity or performance of the service, or impose unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
• Use the service for bulk scraping or to build datasets that compete with Zero AI.

We reserve the right to warn, zero out credits, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate the above.

Credits and Subscriptions

• Zero AI uses a subscription credit model. Credits granted within a billing period (monthly/yearly) expire at the end of that period — unused credits do not roll over.
• Pro and Enterprise plans include commercial usage rights for generated content; the Starter plan is for personal, non-commercial use only.
• First-time subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if no more than 100 credits have been consumed.
• Promotional credits, gift codes, and invite-code grants follow the rules stated on the relevant campaign page.

Rights to AI-Generated Content

• You retain usage rights to every image and video you generate with Zero AI, within the limits of your subscription tier (commercial use requires Pro or higher).
• You are solely responsible for ensuring your prompts and the resulting output do not infringe third-party rights.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or regulatory compliance of generated content.

Intellectual Property

The service, including its brand, code, design, and original content, is owned by Zero AI and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the service.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms or applicable laws. You may close your account at any time from your account settings; upon closure, your generated media will be removed as part of our standard data deletion workflow.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the subscription fees you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
